What exactly does CodeArt Canvas do?

Do I need any technical knowledge?
Zero. You fill a simple form, we build it, you approve it, we go live. After that, your WordPress admin is as easy as using Google Docs — update text, images, prices without any coding.
What is the Leads Manager?
Every time someone submits your contact or booking form, it's stored in your WordPress admin — name, phone, email, service requested. You can filter by new vs contacted, mark as done, and export to Excel. You also get an instant email alert every time a new lead comes in.
Which businesses is this for?

How do I get started?
Go to our Order page, select your package, fill the form with your business details, logo and content — then checkout. We start building within 2 hours.
What do I need to provide?
Your business name, logo (PNG or SVG), brand colors, services list, business hours, phone/WhatsApp number, and any photos or content you want on the site. We provide placeholder content if you don't have everything ready.
How long does it actually take?
For WordPress Business and Premium packages, we deliver a preview link within 24 hours. HTML Starter takes up to 48 hours. If we're very busy, we'll tell you upfront.
Can I make changes after seeing the preview?
Yes — unlimited revisions, included in every package. You WhatsApp us your feedback and we update. We don't go live until you're happy.
What if I don't have a domain or hosting?
Our Premium package includes domain + hosting setup. For other packages, we can add it as a $49 add-on. We'll recommend the cheapest options and set everything up.
Do you handle the deployment (going live)?
Yes, completely. We connect your domain, configure SSL (https), push the site live and test it. You don't touch any servers.

Pricing & Payment
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once and own the site forever. The only optional recurring cost is Managed Hosting ($29/month) if you want us to manage the server. No platform fees, no monthly subscriptions from us.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (all major credit/debit cards), PayPal, and wire transfer. For US clients, card payment is instant and we start within 2 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds once work has begun. But we do unlimited revisions — we keep working until you're satisfied. If we fail to deliver in the agreed timeframe, we'll discuss compensation.
Can I upgrade my package?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Starter to Business or Business to Premium — just pay the price difference.
Are there hidden fees?
None from us. Domain ($10–15/year) and hosting ($5–15/month) are separate costs from your own provider — we'll help you find the cheapest options.

What CMS / platform do you use?
WordPress — the world's most popular CMS, powering 43% of all websites. It's free, secure, and you can update it yourself. Our Leads Manager is a custom-built WordPress plugin, not a third-party tool.
Will my site be mobile-friendly?
Yes, 100%. Every site we build is tested on iPhone, Android and iPad. We test at 4 breakpoints to ensure perfect display on all screen sizes.
How fast will my site load?
We build lightweight — no page builders, no bloated plugins. Our sites typically score 85–95 on Google Lighthouse. We also offer speed optimization as part of the Premium package.
Do I get WordPress admin access?
Yes — you get full admin access after go-live. It's your site, on your hosting, fully under your control. You can add users, install plugins, do anything.
Can you integrate with booking software?
We can integrate with Calendly, Acuity, and similar tools on request. Let us know in the order form's special requests field.

Support
What happens after my site goes live?
Business package gets 3 months of free support. Premium gets 6 months. During that time, we fix bugs, make minor content updates and answer questions — all via WhatsApp.
How quickly do you respond?
During support, we respond within 24 hours Monday–Saturday. For urgent issues (site down, critical errors), we're usually back within 2–3 hours.
What about after the support period?
You can purchase ongoing monthly maintenance ($79/month) which includes updates, security patches and minor content changes. Or you manage it yourself — WordPress is designed for non-technical users.
